This Product is SophMag® xM/xL sorting Columns.
SophMag® manual magnetic sorting kit, consists of three parts: a magnetic stand, a magnetic separator and a sorting column. After placing the iron beads-filled sorting column into the magnetic separator, the iron beads are magnetized by the permanent magnetic field of the magnetic separator, forming a high intensity gradient magnetic field; Then, the cells labeled with superparamagnetic microbeads are separated from non-labeled cells when they pass through the mounted sorting column, resulting in the target cell either positively selected of depleted.
